1.Summary
Corrugated fire barrier core is reeled from corrugated plate around a shaft, with core diameter and shaft diameter customized. Corrugated plates used for winding corrugated fire resistant core, their thickness, width, vertex angle, peak height and peak separation should be formulated by the company (specific matters depend on the actual processing capacity)
 

2.Technical requirements of corrugated plate
Corrugated plate is made of 304 stainless steel plate with certain thickness, and the basic structure of the finished corrugated plates is shown as Figure 1.

In which, h means waviness height, λ refers to waviness space, δ is 0.1mm thickness, α means 90° vertex angle and L refers to corrugated ribbon width. Moreover, h value is preferentially meeting condition, if other processing conditions do not meet the company's requirements, h should be firstly ensured to meet design conditions, and λ or α also needs to meet the design conditions. In addition to corrugated plate thickness of 0.1mm, vertex angle of 90° and material of 304, other parameters are shown in Table 1.
3.Technical requirement of corrugated fire retardant core
Corrugated fire retardant core is made by a corrugated plate winding hub disk with d diameter, and two layers of corrugated plates should be placed with a flat plate with the same thickness and material (as shown in Figure 2). After the winding meets the D diameter of the corrugated plate, it will around the flat plate with five rings, and the joint will be fixed by welding way.

4.Product inspection
4.1 Inspection of corrugated ribbon
When waviness height h, waviness λ and width L of corrugated ribbon are measured, the allowable deviation is shown in Table 2.
4.2 Inspection of corrugated fire retardant core
When waviness height h, waviness λ and width L of corrugated fire retardant core are measured, the allowable deviation is shown in Table 2; when the corrugated fire retardant core is inspected, it should not loose and its two bottom surfaces should be level; when the welding of corrugated fire retardant core is inspected, weld penetration and weld cracking should not happen.

5.Packing requirement
Corrugated fire retardant core should be boxed and packed independently after being coated, and should not be blocked and loose when delivering.
